i appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions it was about a 15 minute walk to the duomo i found many restaurants nearby. the hotel offered convenient parking this was useful since i arrived by car i didn't have to worry about finding a spot. the breakfast was very good it had a nice selection of foods to choose from
my room faced the lobby and i noticed hallway noise especially late at night the noise made it difficult to fall asleep this could be improved with better soundproofing

the staff was consistently friendly and helpful they always greeted me with a smile and were ready to provide assistance with directions or recommendations for local restaurants the service made the stay better

the hotel is conveniently located near many attractions it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the dome and a 20 minute walk to ponte vecchio i could easily walk to most places

the beautiful double room terrace was clean it featured a lovely design i appreciated the attention to detail and the room provided a relaxing space to unwind after a long day

The air conditioning in my room did not function at all. Paying 30 euros per night for parking felt excessive. I'm unsure why it wasn't complimentary. It's just too much

inefficient aclimited breakfast
The air conditioning in the room did not function adequately. This made sleeping difficult, especially during the warmer parts of the day. the breakfast selection lacked variety (I hoped for more local options). The staff seemed understaffed during peak hours, leading to delays and long waits. these issues impacted what could have been a much better experience.
